Due to the growing emission of dust and poisonous chemical compounds, we spent hundreds of hours designing, consulting, prototyping, and testing our unique product together with an interdisciplinary team consisting of, among others, project and product managers and industrial designers. Those busy months allowed us to ultimately offer prophylactic masks with innovative features.

The Urban'er Pure mask - designed and manufactured in Poland - has been developed in such a way as to provide a high level of protection and wearing comfort, in the uncompromising quality and durability of materials.
It is the only such structure on the market, unique design and unique appearance.
A mask with a 5-layer filter made of two HEPA materials, fabrics with silver ions reduces the exposure of the respiratory tract to PM1, PM2.5, PM10 dust, dust, allergens, pathogens, fog of volatile harmful substances.
ORIGINAL FILTERS
We’ve developed our own system of filtering nonwovens to achieve a high level of filtration while maintaining low breathing resistance at the same time. Our five-layer filter consists of:

two outer protective layers which prevent the mechanical wear of the filter and therefore increase its life,

a silver iron layer which ensures the hygiene of the mask for a long time,

two HEPA nonwovens: the first one filtrates larger pollutants, while the second one (two-layer, with PTFE diaphragm) filtrates almost 99% of the smallest pollutants, even as small as 0.3 microns in size.
The FFP3-class system of nonwovens used for the production of filters was tested by an independent national research institute, the Central Institute for Labour Protection in Łódź, Poland. It filters 99.8% of paraffin mist particles whilst maintaining low breathing resistance of 215.9 Pa.
The breathable fabric provides very high air flow and breathing comfort. As a result, the Urban'er mask dries quicker and provides a pleasant coolness compared to other masks.
The innovative soft neoprene mask seal enhances the filtration efficiency and the wearing comfort.
The elastic band fastened around the neck with Velcro ensures comfortable, perfect fit of the mask, easy adjustment and gives greater comfort than masks with an ear-fastening.
TIGHT LIKE NO OTHER
The only such sealing system, thanks to which the Urban'er mask protects better than most popular masks. Thanks to the soft neoprene seal with the Oeko-tex safety certificate, the mask fits tightly and comfortably to the face. The gasket provides more effective protection against PM2.5, PM10 dust, pathogenic microorganisms, allergens and dust. The tightness prevents the glasses from fogging. The Urban'er mask is more convenient and practical.
DURABLE CONSTRUCTION
The mask is equipped with an internal frame that maintains the optimal distance between the mask surface and the nose and mouth. Even when running, the mask does not move and does not deform. Breathing is easy and pleasant. The distribution of the breathing filter over a much larger area makes breathing of the mask easy.
UNIQUE DESIGN
The mask was created in cooperation with Jacek Ryń Studio—the designers from the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdańsk. We use innovative solutions which increase the comfort of wearing and which haven’t been available on the market so far. As a result, the mask adjusts perfectly to your face, cheekbones and chin, without pressing the nose. The shape is a new, unique, copyrighted industrial design.
The Urban'er mask is a reusable prophylactic product with protective properties. It is made of materials which are safe to use. The mask may be used only under conditions that do not require personal protective equipment (PPE) certification with the CE marking (following the Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council (EU) 2016/425 of 9 March 2016 on personal protective equipment and the repeal of Council Directive 89/686/EEC)
