  1. General information
    This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for processing and protection of personal data provided by the Users in connection with their use of services through the Website.
  2. The Administrator of personal data contained on the Website is SMARTWEAR Sp. Z O.O. with the registered office in 80-172 Gdańsk, Trzy Lipy 2 / 1/3, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (KRS 0000776105), kept by the Gdańsk-North District Court in Gdańsk, VII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, NIP: 9571114055, REGON: 382788495.
  3. In the interests of the security of the data entrusted to us, we apply internal procedures and recommendations to prevent the disclosure of the data to unauthorized persons. We control their performance and constantly check their compliance with the relevant legal acts: the Personal Data Protection Act, the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services, as well as all types of executive acts and other Community acts.
  4. Personal data is processed basing on the consent expressed by the User and in cases where the law authorises the Administrator to process personal data on the basis of legal provisions or to implement the contract concluded between the parties.
  5. The Website obtains information about the Users and their behaviour in the following way:
    1. through information entered voluntarily in forms,
    2. by collecting “cookies” [see: “Cookie Policy”].

  7. The data provided in the form is processed for the purposes resulting from the function of a specific form, e.g. to process the information contact, to make a purchase, etc.

About us

From the very beginning, we have been working on the protection of people against pollution.

Due to the growing emission of dust and poisonous chemical compounds, we spent hundreds of hours designing, consulting, prototyping, and testing our unique product together with an interdisciplinary team consisting of, among others, project and product managers and industrial designers. Those busy months allowed us to ultimately offer prophylactic masks with innovative features.

"URBAN'ER" masks are preventive measures made of materials which are safe to use. Masks are used for protecting one's nose and mouth. These products can be used by private individuals to reduce the discomfort caused by the influence of non-toxic particles in case their concentration does not exceed the exposure limits, to limit the spread of pathogenic microorganisms by increasing hygiene (preventing direct contact between mucous membranes and a contaminated hand), and / or to limit the transmission of infectious droplets (whilst talking, coughing, or sneezing). "URBAN'ER" masks are not personal protective equipment within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/425, and they are not medical devices within the meaning of Directive 93/42/EEC and Regulation (EU) 2017/745. Our products are not subject to conformity assessment procedures, therefore they should not be used for professional purposes in case an employee is exposed to harmful factors which enter the body by inhalation. Before using the "URBAN'ER" mask, carefully read the instructions included in the set.

Measure the distance between the tip of your chin and the bottom of your nose. If the distance is smaller than 7.3 cm, select a mask in the size S/M. If the distance is longer than 7.3 cm, select a mask in the size L.
